Stay here last summer. Very impressive motel. More like a 3.5 star hotel. They had a bon fire with roasted marshmallows at night. The free breakfast had tons of options. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Great place right on the water!

So much better than any other place in the area, and the price can't be beat. The walls are a bit thin but the staff is very friendly and the location is great, beach bonfires and perfect view of the Mackinac Bridge. the balcony also offers a great view of the ferry you missed because you slept in but it's peaceful enough you aren't upset about it! Highly recommend staying here and will absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location and view are awesome. You can see the bridge from a good angle clearly. We loved the fire pits and S’more they provided. We also bought brats from local market and barbecued on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

I usually write long detailed reviews but I do not have enough space to write all of the positives about this place. The views 🤌🏼.. the nightly fires that bring all of the guests together 🤌🏼.. the staff 🤌🏼. This was my first trip up north and will not be my last as long as I can stay at this motel. The pictures of our amazing views do not do this justice. We had a 1st floor king room with absolutely amazing views of the bridge. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy comfortable atmosphere.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff was great and the service even better. If you want to just sit and read a book, it has a nice private beach with chairs available for you to relax on. You can sit and watch the cars travel along …

Great! Fair rates and clean comfy rooms. Good breakfast. View of bridge and water front. So great. Fires on the beach at night. Will be back!! Nice pool and hot tub but did not actually use those. Miss it already.

What more could you ask for? Such a beautiful property with an amazing view. The staff was lovely from the front desk to the man who makes the bonfires and hands out s’mores bags. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony with lake, Mackinac Island, and “Mighty Mac” view was just perfect. I don’t understand negative reviews about the beach and rocks - it’s Michigan! Stones everywhere on the beach for those of us who collect. There’s no way I’ll stay anywhere else in Mackinaw City! Thank you so much for a great stay.

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location at the very end of the string of motels along the beach. Beautiful view of the water, the boats leaving for Mackinaw Island and of the bridge. The bonfires and s’mores every evening were AWESOME! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m guessing by the reviews that this place is way nicer than all other motels in the city.
